Based in Brisbane, Australia, he has been graded as a Stunt Action Performer by the The Media, Entertainment & Arts Alliance (MEAA). He was born in Budapest, Hungary then moved to Queensland in his early teens. He speaks fluently in Hungarian and English.

Over more than a decade, Bálint has been dedicated to his martial arts. Studying kung fu, judo, aikido, MMA, Brazilian jiu jitsu and holds a 1st degree black belt in Jissen Budo ("all round fighting").
